Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. If your ordered item is IN STOCK, it will be actioned immediately and shipped within 24 hours. By placing your order, you agree to our terms and conditions. Delivery dates are approximate only; however, estimates are provided by our couriers and Australia Post. 

Because we cannot 100% guarantee delivery times, we advise that you do not organise any trades for installation until your order arrives.

If you have any questions about the current delivery options, especially if it is time sensitive, or if you would like to enquire about an expedited delivery, please contact us before making your order,.

Once your order has been shipped,  you’ll receive automated email and SMS notifications so you can track your order, as it goes through several key stages before arriving at your nominated destination.

The most common of these are:

• Booked for delivery - once we have received your order it will be picked and wrapped, and we will request a pickup from our nominated courier.
• In transit – the parcel has been scanned by the courier and has left our warehouse or supplier.
• With driver – the delivery driver has the parcel and is on the way to your delivery destination.
• Delivery attempted – the courier attempted to deliver your order but has not been successful. Depending on the courier, the parcel may be taken to a post office, or another delivery may be attempted.
• Complete – your order has been successfully delivered.

PO Boxes

Please note that couriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices or Parcel Lockers. For deliveries to any of these you must choose the Australia Post option. For home or workplace delivery locations you can select any of our delivery options.

It is also worth noting that many of our courier partners participate in carbon neutral delivery. Not only does this neutralise the carbon emitted by our courier partners, but the offset projects they invest in also deliver economic, community and social benefits.

Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates to major cities in Australia is approximately 2-5 days. All of our deliveries are fully trackable, we provide the tracking details once the items have been despatched from our warehouse.

Country and rural ares may have slower delivery times depending on the delivery services provided in these areas. The delivery times can vary significantly so if you would like to know how long a product will take to be delivered to you please feel free to reach out to us and we can get an accurate ETA to your specific location.
